About Me

How many real Estate Agents does it take to buy or sell your home?
Only one if it’s done right – ME!

I know by looking at my picture, it’s hard for you to believe that I’ve been a Real Estate Agent in KW for over 30 years. I love this region, so much so that my post secondary studies focused on urban, regional and environmental planning. Through the years, I have also been involved in many local studies that focused on real estate, housing and growth.
Even though I have lived in KW my entire life, I have helped thousands of clients buy & sell residential homes, land, commercial & investment properties and cottages all over Ontario.

We know how important it is for you to find the perfect home and get it at the perfect price. My team and I will work one on one with you to actively search for the property that matches your criteria.

I am here for you to offer solid advice, provide friendly, personalized service and negotiate when you have found the right home. No bells and whistles. No gimmicks. No nonsense. Just honest, dedicated service. I guarantee that I will give you my all….I just can’t guarantee all my jokes will be funny.

Call or email me for a free home evaluation, if you have any Real Estate questions or if you are thinking of buying, selling, leasing or investing.

We will work hard for you!

You Can Believe Me… OR  My Satisfied Clients

This is the third time I have worked with John to close a real estate transaction over the past few years. John not only approaches his work professionally and knowledgeably, but he injects his own enthusiasm, love of the tri-city area, and commitment to working in a way which emphasises the integrity of all involved with the transaction.

Even in this market where the ‘seller’ has the advantage, John went above and beyond to use various strategies to market my home. He was committed to establishing great communication with me and offered consistent updates throughout the process to ensure that I knew exactly what was happening. As a result I was able to get significantly over my asking price.

John is a truly knowledgeable professional, who not only brings a significant level of experience, dedication and commitment to the process but a personal enthusiasm and friendliness that eases the stresses of the real estate process!
